Watching Hillary Clinton accept the Democratic nomination with other like minded progressives at The Commerce Club will be the most talked about event on Georgia’s summer political calendar. You don’t want to miss it!
What does one wear you might ask? A power pantsuit of course! In fact, power pantsuits are encouraged for women. Jewelry prizes from the Margot Townsend collection will be awarded for the top three “Hillary Style” power pantsuits of the evening. There is also a “Patriotic Family Group” category with both contests to be judged by Monica Pearson, who rocked Power Pantsuits during decades of anchoring the local news.
The party begins at 8 pm and features desserts, chocolate and fruit with lots of bubbly while we wait for THE speech from Philadelphia. Your support funds efforts to help two women WIN primary runoffs on July 26 and contested general election seats in November.

Free admission for those under 18, but they must be registered as part of our headcount for sweets! Watching the first woman accept a party nomination for president is a historic occasion those “of a certain age” have worked toward for decades. To share the inspiring experience with others will be priceless!
