Voters in House District 94 already sent Venola Mason to the Gold Dome once this year. Now the WIN List endorsed representative is back on the ballot for the June 16 Primary Runoff, working to earn a full term of her own.
Venola comes to this runoff with the momentum of a recent victory: earlier this year she captured the House District 94 seat in a special election, earning voters’ trust to fill out the current term. Now she is asking those same voters to send her back to the Gold Dome for the full 2027–28 term. The district covers portions of DeKalb and Gwinnett counties, including the Stone Mountain area.
An educator at heart, Venola has spent nearly two decades in education.Beginning as a fourth-grade teacher before earning a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and her principal certification. She went on to design and launch alternative teacher-certification programs across Georgia, founded her own educational consulting firm partnering with school districts across the country.
“I am driven by my belief that all students deserve a high-quality education — one that will open doors and give them many opportunities as they transition to adulthood,” Venola said.

This year, a record setting number of women have qualified to run for office, and this means WIN List must raise record setting sums to support their campaigns.
