On October 1st, 2018, former President Barack Obama announced his second wave of 2018 Midterm Endorsements.
All five of his endorsements in Georgia were for women candidates, all of whom have ties to Georgia’s WIN List!
- Lucy McBath for U.S. CD-06: Lucy was endorsed by Georgia’s WIN List early during her run for HD 37.
- Carolyn Bourdeaux for U.S. CD-07: Carolyn is a graduate of our 2017 WIN Leadership Academy class.
- Sally Harrell for SD 40: Sally is part of our record-setting slate of 2018 endorsements.
- Zahra Karinshak for SD 48: Zahra is part of our record-setting slate of 2018 endorsements.
- Donna McLeod for HD 105: Donna is a graduate of our 2017 WIN Leadership Academy class and is part of our record-setting slate of 2018 endorsements. She has been endorsed by Obama twice!
